Summary

We are seeking a young and talented Chef de Partie with the flexibility to be a team player and work across the kitchen operations.


Ideal candidate qualities include:

  • Discipline to handle creative freedom, explore new techniques, and serve as a hands-on leader.
  • Ability to ensure food quality, equipment, and hygiene standards are consistently met, with clear communication of expectations and up-to-date recipes.
  • Experience in scheduling, training, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining hygiene standards (HACCP).
  • Leading by example with good communication skills, fairness, and clear direction. Supporting the Sous Chef in kitchen operations, including preparation, production, quality assurance, and guiding subordinates to achieve and maintain high food production standards under the supervision of the Executive Chef.
Qualifications

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • Culinary qualifications
  • Previous experience in high-quality cuisine at Chef de Partie or Demi Chef level
  • A passion for great food
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of HACCP best practices
  • Proficiency in English
