A food production company seeks a Chef de Partie to support the Head Chef in planning production schedules and ensuring compliance with recipes and food safety standards. The ideal candidate will supervise kitchen staff, maintain hygiene practices, and assist in product development. Experience in quality control and understanding food safety regulations is required.
Support Head Chef in planning and executing production schedules.
Ensure all products (salads, dressings, proteins, etc.) are prepared to company recipes and standards.
Monitor portioning, presentation, and quality control before packing.
Supervise kitchen staff, provide training, and maintain high hygiene practices.
Work with procurement to ensure proper stock levels of raw ingredients.
Enforce compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, HALAL GMP, ISO standards if applicable).
Assist in R&D for new menu items and product improvements.
