An opportunity has arisen for a Chef De Cuisine - Chinese to join Culinary in Jumeirah Bali (National Talent)

Duties and responsibilities of this role:

• To create Menus & “specials” in conjunction with the Executive Chef and/or Executive Sous Chefs. These needs to meet the target market and are in line with the operating concept for the restaurant
• Develop and innovate authentic and fusion Chinese dishes.
• To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments especially front of the house manager (Outlet Manager)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
• To ensure property follows 100% HACCP guidelines in the workplace & following these procedures is essential

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants
• Knowledge of HACCP as well as general health & safety in the workplace
• Outstanding customer service skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
• Experience in planning and executing banquets or large-scale catering events specialist in Chinese Cuisine
