  • Inspects quality of fish/seafood and vegetables for sushi dishes.
  • Regularly takes inventory of food supplies and assists with orders.
  • Reports problems with galley equipment to appropriate team members.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Inspects the quality of fish/seafood, vegetables, and other ingredients used to prepare the required sushi dishes and informs the Executive Chef and Inventory Manager when quality is sub-standard.
  2. Regularly takes inventory of food supplies and other products and assists with placing orders.
  3. Regularly takes inventory of equipment and other resources needed for menu production and reports any problems with galley equipment to the appropriate Food & Beverage team members for service repair or replacement.
