Job summary

Roche Indonesia is seeking a strategic Chapter Lead to shape medicines access policy and drive the country’s healthcare strategy. You will lead a high-performing team, build relations with government bodies, health authorities, and patient groups, and ensure Roche therapies reach eligible patients.

You will champion public policy initiatives, guide formulary processes, and coordinate with regional and global teams to share learnings and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in life sciences, political science, health economics, public health or business.
• At least 10 years in specialty therapeutics, health economics or private payer industries.
• Proven experience engaging senior stakeholders in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build productive relationships with government bodies, the Ministry of Health and patient groups to strengthen treatment access.
• Lead the development of public policy strategies that create a favorable environment for healthcare investment and access.
• Oversee formulary listing processes and drive proposals to expand Roche therapies.
• Shape communications strategy reflecting the business's long-term vision and brand priorities.
• Represent Roche in industry groups and collaborate with regional and global teams.
• Lead early strategic analysis of local market potential for new therapies.
• Coach, mentor and develop your team, fostering collaboration and growth.
