Position: Channel Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage, control, and coordinate sales units, focusing on product sales performance, procurement, distribution, HR quality, and coordination with related departments.
  2. Maintain good relations with principals and dealers.
  3. Ensure team members meet their targets.
  4. Foster and maintain good relationships with customers, dealers, and principals to explore new opportunities.
  5. Plan and propose unit development strategies for long-term business sustainability and profit growth.
  6. Maintain balanced cash flow to ensure smooth operations.
  7. Create a productive work environment supporting high performance.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in any major.
  2. 5-6 years experience in ICT sales and distribution, including 1-2 years in managerial roles.
  3. Knowledge of ICT markets and products.
  4. Understanding of marketing, sales principles, and management.
  5. Experience in Operations Management (Distribution, Inventory), Finance, and Performance Management.
  6. Experience as a Channel Sales Manager is preferred.
