Job description

As Channel Activation Supervisor, you’ll take the lead in driving on-ground brand visibility and consumer conversion through trade marketing and offline activations across Indonesia. This role bridges marketing strategy and field execution—ensuring that our brand is experienced powerfully at the point of sale.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute offline events and trade activations (MT, GT, beauty channels) that drive awareness and sell-out.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Brand teams to translate campaigns into field-ready executions.
  • Lead vendor coordination and negotiate deals to ensure cost-efficiency and brand alignment.
  • Manage budgets and logistics for nationwide activations—venue, crew, AV, branding, and sampling.
  • Oversee the process of on-site execution, ensuring top-tier consumer experience.
  • Oversee production of branded activation materials (POSM, display kits, merchandising tools).
  • Track activation performance, report on KPIs, and recommend improvements.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of trade/channel marketing experience in FMCG (experience in beauty or skincare is a strong plus).
  • Strong grasp of retail dynamics, consumer behavior, and field execution strategy.
  • Solid coordination and vendor management capabilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-moving environments.
  • Good communication and presentation skills; fluent in Bahasa and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic understanding of trade marketing tools/platforms.
  • Willing to work fully on-site at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
