VN12150 Channel Account Manager

Responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring partner satisfaction, and aligning our business objectives with those of our partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of channel sales dynamics. You will act as the primary point of contact for our partners, providing them with the tools, resources, and support they need to succeed.

Your ability to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships will be key to achieving our business goals. In this role, you will also collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that our channel partners are well-equipped to represent our brand and solutions effectively.

Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve the revenue and GP targets.
  2. Build strategic relationships with relevant vendors' staff and senior management teams.
  3. Co-visit with the partners' sales representatives to sell solutions to end-users.
  4. Identify and develop new channel accounts.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations in accordance with the Service Level Agreement.
  6. Manage the partner incentive programs.
  7. Analyze and forecast sales and business activities regularly.
  8. Prepare and distribute reports in a timely manner.
  9. Perform other duties related to the position.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in channel account management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales and partner ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
