Job summary

Sun Life Indonesia is seeking a strategic and adaptable Change Manager to enable effective planning, readiness, and sustained adoption of transformation initiatives at speed. You will lead local change management activities, translate priorities into actionable plans, and drive adoption across multiple functions, including AI and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of change management in complex, matrixed environments.
• Experience in readiness assessment, workforce transition, and adoption.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree is an advantage; certification in change management is a plus.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead local change management activities as part of the Transformation Office.
• Translate transformation priorities into localized, actionable change plans.
• Assess impact, readiness, resistance, and change saturation across initiatives.
• Develop and execute targeted change strategies to drive adoption and integration.
• Align with leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated execution.
• Enable leaders to effectively communicate and reinforce transformation priorities.
• Monitor stakeholder sentiment and adoption risks; recommend timely interventions.
• Support capability-building and embed sustainable change into day-to-day operations.
