Led the end-to-end promotion and deployment of enterprise applications across client environments, aligning solution capabilities with business needs, and driving stakeholder engagement to maximize adoption and value realization.
Prepared and delivered comprehensive summary reports to client leadership, detailing progress, risks, and strategic recommendations related to organizational change management-including the integration of business operations, IT infrastructure, and data governance-ensuring alignment across key transformation pillars.
Designed, coordinated, and managed robust training programs and process governance frameworks to support capability building and ensure consistency during regional rollouts. Acted as the central point of coordination for cross-functional teams to drive readiness and operational continuity.
Monitored and evaluated implementation challenges across regions, conducting root cause analyses and collaborating closely with senior client stakeholders to formulate and drive corrective action plans. Ensured that regional execution aligned with broader program goals, timelines, and compliance standards.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in management consulting, preferably with a focus on organizational optimization, human resources management (including organization design, job architecture, compensation, performance management, and talent development), or HR digital transformation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to identify root causes of complex organizational challenges and independently design and implement effective change initiatives.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with clients, cross-functional teams, and internal stakeholders at all levels.
Native proficiency in Indonesian and fluency in English.
