Candidates should have at least 9 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and excellent English communication skills. Frequent business travel to Sumatera & Kalimantan is expected. Analyze risk, benefit and impact of the changes
Understanding about roll out project
Understanding business transformation & implementation
Prepare communication strategies and training material
Support and help stakeholders on the process
Monitor and evaluate the process
Explore technology solutions to automate and optimize processes.
Create any documents / administration needed
Bachelor's degree from any major
At least 9 years working experience in related field
Having capability to manage project and interest to learn something new
Have experiences roll out project
Excellent command of English both in spoken and written.
Strong communication, negotiation skills, creative to initiate problem-solving
Willing to have frequent business travel to Sumatera & Kalimantan
Willing to be placed in Serpong, Tangerang.
