1. Participate in factory strategic planning: Contribute to the factory’s long-term strategic planning and provide strategic support and recommendations for the factory’s digital transformation.
2. Optimize production processes: Conduct in-depth analysis of the factory’s production process to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
3. Establish digital transformation standard processes: Develop standards and procedures for the factory’s digital transformation to ensure normalization and standardization.
4. Data analysis and optimization: Collect and analyze data, use data analysis tools to identify problems in the production process, and provide optimization suggestions to improve production efficiency.
5. Develop digital training plans: Based on actual factory staff needs, create digital training programs to improve employee capabilities in digitalization and intelligent systems.
Requirements:
1. Minimum associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Design, Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields is preferred;
2. Experience in large-scale manufacturing (new energy or automotive industry preferred), with over 3 years of experience in lean production or digitalization-related work; experience in digital transformation and digital capability building is a plus;
3. Proficient in using SQL, FineBI, and low-code platforms;
4. Deep understanding of lean production, proficient in using related improvement tools; strong planning, cost control, service awareness, and innovation abilities; capable of driving improvements.
