Job description

Ceragon Microwave Engineer - WFO (Contract Based - Jakarta)

We are seeking a skilled Ceragon Microwave Engineer to support our microwave transmission projects. You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including:

Conducting site surveys and microwave link planning

Designing microwave links using industry-standard tools

Supervising installation and ensuring proper antenna alignment

Performing link commissioning and integration with NMS (Network Management System)

Solid understanding of microwave communication principles

Hands-on experience with Ceragon microwave equipment (IP series preferred)

Familiarity with various hardware configurations and link topologies

Experience in microwave link installation, alignment, and commissioning

Capable of executing NMS integration for monitoring and management

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Ceragon microwave projects as a team lead or key engineer

Proficient in microwave planning and implementation using Ceragon equipment

Able to work independently and communicate effectively with clients

Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Pathloss or iRiver, and Google Earth for link design and planning
