Job summary

About us

We are an Indonesian-based tech-enabled consumer product startup with a mission to help adult smokers transition away from combustible smoking and promote safer nicotine consumption methods.

Our focus is on providing high-quality e-cigarette products with unique, hyper-localized flavors. Our key differentiators include competitive pricing, refillable pods, and in-house, locally produced e-liquids.

We are looking for candidates with:

  • At least four years of experience in business process, corporate strategy, or analytics within operational roles, supply chain, finance, or marketing, preferably in consulting firms or large multinationals.
  • Experience working closely with founders' offices, influencing and transforming business processes organization-wide.
  • Ability to track and drive business performance through budgeting (OKRs), target monitoring, analysis, and providing insights and recommendations to BODs and stakeholders.
  • Experience developing and executing initiatives to improve business performance.
  • Support for investor relations activities, including preparing investment reports, financial documents, legal materials, and due diligence reports.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of relevant experience in MNCs, Big 4, or management consulting, with exposure to operational roles, supply chain, finance, or marketing.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, finance, business, or other quantitative fields.
  • Hands-on experience in financial and operational modeling and proficiency in PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

Personal qualities:

  • Ability to work under pressure, proactive, high energy, self-confident, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, comfortable working in diverse cultural and business environments.
  • Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Genuine passion for startups and high-growth environments.
