The Cofounder's Office & Business Strategy Associate will serve as a critical role in driving Pinhome's growth across our property marketplace and Pinhome Home Service (PHS) verticals. This role combines high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can seamlessly navigate between boardroom presentations and operational deep-dives.

You'll be at the center of key business decisions, working directly with C-level executives and cross-functional teams to shape the future of Indonesia's largest property-tech platform. This is an exceptional opportunity for a high-potential individual to gain comprehensive exposure to scaling a multi-vertical technology business while driving meaningful impact on company trajectory.

First 6 Months Impact:

  • Lead 2-3 strategic initiatives that directly impact PHS profitability and property marketplace growth
  • Establish robust analytical frameworks for ongoing business performance monitoring
  • Build strong relationships across all functional teams (Operations, Finance, Product, Marketing)
  • Contribute to key strategic decisions including market expansion and business model optimization

  • Build strong relationships across all functional teams (Operations, Finance, Product, Marketing)
  • Contribute to key strategic decisions including market expansion and business model optimization
Responsibilities

Strategic Analysis & Planning

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis, competitive intelligence, and business case development for new initiatives
  • Build financial models and scenario planning for Pinhome brokerage marketplace and PHS
  • Support geographic expansion decisions with data-driven recommendations
  • Analyze unit economics across different service categories and markets

Cross-Functional Project Leadership

  • Lead strategic projects spanning multiple departments (Operations, Finance, Product, Marketing)
  • Coordinate between property marketplace and PHS teams to identify synergies and cross-selling opportunities
  • Manage strategic partnerships evaluation and business development initiatives
  • Drive operational excellence initiatives to improve service quality and profitability

Executive Support & Communication

  • Prepare executive-level presentations for board meetings, investor updates, and strategic reviews
  • Synthesize complex business data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making
  • Support C-levels in stakeholder management and strategic communications
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions and quarterly business reviews

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Design and maintain OKR/KPI dashboards for strategic business metrics
  • Conduct regular business performance deep-dives and identify optimization opportunities
  • Support pricing strategy development and margin optimization initiatives
  • Analyze customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across verticals
Requirements

Educational Background & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related analytical field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, corporate strategy, or high-growth tech companies
  • Proven track record of leading analytical projects and driving business impact

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with complex financial modeling capabilities
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills with experience in statistical analysis and A/B testing
  • Familiarity with unit economics, cohort analysis, and marketplace dynamics
  • A plus point of having experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)

Strategic & Business Acumen

  • Deep understanding of marketplace business models and two-sided platforms
  • Experience with P&L management and contribution margin analysis
  • Knowledge of Indonesia consumer market dynamics (preferred)
  • Understanding of on-demand service platforms and operational challenges

Leadership & Communication

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members

You'll join Pinhome's Strategy & Cofounders Office team, working directly with the Cofounders and CSO who oversee both the overall company strategy and P&L ownership of Pinhome. Our team operates at the intersection of all business functions, driving key strategic initiatives that shape company direction, especially profitability.

The team culture emphasizes data-driven decision making, rapid execution, and collaborative problem-solving. You'll work closely with C-levels and functional leaders across the organization, gaining unique exposure to all aspects of building and scaling a multi-vertical technology platform.
