Overview

The CEO Office will contribute to high-impact projects, and gain a broad understanding of company operations, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be involved in a wide variety of tasks supporting the executive team in decision-making, strategic planning, communication, and execution.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting our senior management in managing strategic projects, ensuring follow-ups and timely execution.
  • Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare research reports and presentation decks for senior management update.
  • Developing transaction documents to support bank loan applications and fundraising efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business, or Management from reputable universities
  • 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting, operations, business strategy, and finance strategy
  • Adept at using MS Excel (pivot table, index match, VBA is a plus), Power Point, and Word
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (English and Bahasa), with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
