Job Description
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements to ensure efficient use of time.
  • Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for the CEO, ensuring all documents are accurate and ready for meetings
  • Lead and coordinate key projects and strategic initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing communications and ensuring clear information flow.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the CEO Office, including managing budgets, procurement, and office systems to maintain efficiency.
Requirement
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Management, or a related field. A Master\'s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive support, project management, or a related role, preferably within the agriculture industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and working closely with senior executives.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
