Job Description
- Strategic Planning and Vision:
Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the brewery, aligning with the company's mission and vision.
- Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and inspire the executive team, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
Oversee the brewery's financial performance, including budgeting, cash flow, and investment decisions.
Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all brewery functions, from production to distribution and sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, investors, and other key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving growth and innovation within the brewery.
Represent the brewery at public events, conferences, and meetings
