We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company to its next stage of growth and international expansion.

Key Objectives

1. Finance

Deliver the 2025 P&L targets for revenue and net profit (deadline: December 31, 2025).

Prepare and approve the 2026 P&L with at least +30% growth (target: 50%+) by December 5, 2025.

Conduct a strategic session and define the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Develop functional strategies (sales, marketing, operations, HR, finance) by March 31, 2026.

3. Operational Growth

Systematize and optimize core business processes (finance, production, sales, marketplaces).

Drive the growth of e-commerce channels and expansion of the product portfolio.

Reduce operating costs and improve efficiency (KPIs based on unit economics).
