Job description

Analyze user/hospital requirements for Medical Equipment and initiate sourcing to related vendors/brands that match the hospital’s enquiry/specification.

Ensure all medical equipment enquiries are fulfilled within the targeted timeline.

Lead communication between vendors and the company throughout the procurement process.

Conduct tender processes for medical equipment procurement.

Obtain and review competitive bids from vendors, compare, and negotiate to optimize cost savings.

Coordinate with users or subject matter experts (SMEs) for technical review and evaluation.

Ensure all tender documentation is complete, available, and fully approved.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Biomedical Engineering (Teknik Elektromedis) with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

2-3 years of experience as a Biomedical Technician, Project, or Procurement role.

Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and suppliers.

Good understanding of Biomedical Equipment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Fluency in English (speaking and writing).

Experience in Project or Procurement is a plus.
