Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the achievement of the Center's revenue by leading the team through various channels.
• Plan and execute marketing activities to build, maintain, and promote the brand in the local market, and attract potential customers.
• Manage employees and lead day-to-day operations of the Center by overseeing several divisions.
• Communicate all operating policies and issues at department meetings.
• Partner with all divisions to develop an educational curriculum and provide excellent service to customers to reach sales targets.
• Set individual sales targets with the sales team and track sales goals.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in the educational, retail, health, and wellness industry in a leadership role.
• Strong English proficiency is a must (at least C1 or B2 level).
• Well-groomed: maintaining an attractive yet professional look is a plus.
• Possess strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities, enabling success in planning and forecasting.
