IWS CELL LEAD

The Cell Lead is responsible for effectively managing their team and contributing to overall organizational success. This role involves performance monitoring, problem-solving, and continuous improvement strategies.

As the Cell Lead, you will:

  • Lead the Daily Direction Setting process.
  • Handle and develop your team.
  • Maintain 24-hour, multi-shift accountability for results.
  • Build capability development for the production line organization to support the site’s Compelling Business Need (CBN).
  • Ensure that Quality, Safety, Health, Environmental, and Energy (QSHE-En) controls are in place and implemented.
  • Develop QSHE-En methods, provide necessary training and qualifications, and lead by example to foster a positive QSHE-En culture.
  • Take proactive actions to continuously improve QSHE-En performance.
Requirements
  • University degree in Engineering, Technology, or Science.
  • 3+ years of manufacturing experience, including 2 years as a Team Leader or High-Performing Process Lead.
  • Proven ability to lead small work groups, communicate effectively, and develop short-term plans (<90 days).
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
