The Global Markets Division is responsible for Deutsche Bank’s capital markets business, comprising the sales and trading of capital markets products including debt, equity, and other fixed income and currency products. Your key responsibilities:

The primary responsibility is to manage cash operations for Indonesia.

Roles include:

• Managing Cash Operations team in Indonesia and leading the team to deliver excellent support to business and clients.
• Managing team processes and controls in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Developing and growing talent within the team; managing capacity and succession planning.
• Overseeing production controls, escalations, and managing audits.
• Driving risk and control standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Resolving issues proactively and managing challenges.
• Executing cash operations transformation to build scalable, sustainable operations, and achieve cost targets.
• Driving effective operating models, including nearshoring and offshoring.
• Partnering with stakeholders and IT to improve production stability.

Your skills and experience:

• 12+ years in financial services, preferably in a tier 1 corporate bank, with experience in Cash and Payments operations.
• Strong understanding of operations products and processes; knowledge of cash operations, treasuries, and corporate banking products is advantageous.
• Understanding of Indonesia’s regulatory reporting requirements.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple teams across geographies.
• Analytical skills, flexibility, and ownership in problem-solving.
• Ability to understand diverse business processes in cash functions, especially in APAC.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Skill in managing complexity, ambiguity, risk, and control.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership, and initiative.
• Knowledge of automation tools and Robotic Process Automation is a plus.
• Familiarity with human-centered design and design thinking.
