Job summary

TOMA Group is seeking a creative Content Producer to develop strategies and concepts for our catering brands in Jakarta. You will plan monthly calendars across Instagram, TikTok, and other channels, and lead end-to-end production from briefs to publish.

You will direct photo and video shoots, coordinate with kitchen and marketing teams, and ensure on-brand storytelling through editing and post-production. A strong portfolio in food/beverage content is essential, with proficiency in Adobe suite

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in content production, content creation, or a related creative role.
• Proven portfolio of food and beverage content (photo and video).
• Experience planning content calendars and end-to-end production, from concept to publishing.
• Skilled in shooting and editing photo and video using mirrorless cameras.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) or similar tools; familiarity with DaVinci Resolve or CapCut is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop content strategies and campaign concepts for catering brands, aligned with business goals.
• Plan and manage the monthly content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels.
• Write briefs, scripts, storyboards, and shot lists for food, beverage, and catering content.
• Lead and direct photo and video shoots; shoot when needed using mirrorless cameras.
• Coordinate with kitchen, marketing, and operations to schedule shoots and capture catering events.
• Review and direct editing of photos, reels, and short-form videos for brand consistency.
• Manage production timelines, freelancers, vendors, and talent as needed.
• Publish content on schedule with captions, hashtags, and posting times.
• Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.
• Follow F&B trends and seasonal campaigns to stay relevant.
