- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, promptly resolving problems or difficulties clients encounter when using the products.
- Introduce the advantages of the company’s products through on-site visits or online communication, and drive client trials, price comparisons, and cooperation agreements.
- Regularly follow up on clients’ procurement activities (inventory, usage feedback), and respond quickly to needs such as urgent re-orders or product specification adjustments.
- Propose exclusive incentive plans (annual rebates, priority trials of new products) based on cooperation scale and duration, to increase repurchase rate and customer loyalty.
- Collect market trends and industry insights (such as rising demand for healthy sauces and sauces for ready-to-eat meals) and provide feedback to the product team.
- Integrate and expand foodservice industry connections, identify potential clients, and promote conversion into actual cooperation.

- Quarterly bonuses (available upon achieving targets).
- Opportunities to directly participate in product optimization and strategic planning.
