Overview

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for optimizing supply chains and driving supplier excellence? We’re looking for a dynamic Manager – Supply Chain & Purchasing to lead our sourcing strategies, supplier operations, and quality assurance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead total direct spend analysis across local and overseas markets.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers to minimize risk and cost.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Negotiate contracts covering products, service levels, pricing, and coverage.
• Drive supplier quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Manage a team of Category Leads
• Design and optimise supply chain flows and stakeholder relationships.

Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, and supplier quality.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business goals into functional strategies.
• Expertise in spend analysis, sourcing, and supplier development.
• Knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement practices
