Job summary

WINGS Group is seeking a driven graduate to help define category strategy and growth drivers in the consumer goods sector. You will analyze market and consumer data to inform industry trends and translate strategy into monthly and yearly plans, including promotions, pricing, and in-store excellence.

The role involves collaborating with the brand team to strengthen the commercial plan and ensure successful deployment to channel teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with GPA 3.20 (on a 4.00 scale)
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply
• Strong data literacy and ability to translate data into insights
• Good communication skills and collaborative mindset
