Job summary

WINGS Group in Indonesia is seeking a capable Sales Supervisor to lead the sales team and drive targets through strategic planning and strong leadership. You will guide the team to achieve results while maintaining high service levels and customer focus.

The position requires at least 2 years of supervisory sales experience, a Diploma or Bachelor degree, and a background in FMCG, particularly frozen foods and beverages.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree in any major.
• At least 2 years experience as Sales Supervisor or similar.
• Experience in FMCG; managing frozen-food and beverages is a plus.
• Must have driving license SIM A.

Job description

Candidate must own at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major.

Preferably from FMCG Industries.

Experienced in handling Frozen-food & beverages will be a plus point.

Experienced in leading team.

Able to drive and have the license for Car (SIM A).

Willing to be placed in Banten, Jabodetabek, or West Java area. *placement will determined based on company needs and consideration.
