- Report regular KPIs to the Head of Casualty with focus on Mid-Market.

Job Description
- Support the Head of Casualty in Indonesia to build the quarterly business plans with focus to Mid-Market and Industry Practice
- Underwrite Casualty and Industry Practice Risks (CGL/ PL/ WCEL) for all distribution channel
- Ensure Portfolio underwriting integrity of Casualty & Industry Practice portfolio across Indonesia
- Support combined ratio goals, NWP goals, development of risk selection and underwriting standards
- Report to the Head of Casualty on a regular basis the KPIs with focus to Mid-Market and Industry Practice: Pipeline, key initiatives, new business, key renewals and key brokers in Mid-Market
- Support the Head of Casualty in Product development to ensure that Products are updated and filed
- Work with other business lines and local teams on account prospecting, client meetings and presentations for multinational accounts
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years working as liability underwriter.
- Minimum of 2 years of people management experience.
- Professional qualifications (AAAIK, ANZIFF)
