Casual Leasing Section Head/Assistant Manager

Source, negotiate, and secure short-term leases/pop-up tenancies for vacant mall spaces.

Manage inquiries, conduct site inspections, and maintain relationships with new and existing tenants.

Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth activation of casual leases.

Track leasing performance, generate reports, and meet monthly leasing targets.

Ensure all leasing activities comply with center policies and safety regulations.

Maintain an up-to-date database of casual leasing clients and prospects.

Requirements

1. Experience in leasing, preferably in the retail industry (shopping mall).
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
5. Proactive and energetic attitude with a customer-first mindset.
