Job description

We are a mobile phone game development studio based in Singapore and South Korea.

Currently establishing a new production studio in Kemang, South Jakarta, and seeking talented game professionals to join our founding local team.

(Experienced in Visual Concept Proposals and Style Guide Creation)

Responsibilities
  • Propose overall UI/visual concepts based on GDD and MVP versions
  • Design UI layout and graphic elements matching the game’s visual style
  • Utilize AI image generation tools for initial concept ideation and editing
  • Refine, retouch, and edit generated images into final assets
  • Design assets with consideration for Unity (uGUI) and Spine animation integration
  • Maintain design consistency and document style guides for team collaboration
Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Photoshop or similar UI tools (e.g., Figma)
  • Interest or experience in using AI-based image generation tools
  • Strong understanding and experience with casual game design styles
  • Ability to unify visual tone by referencing and adapting to various art styles
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for incorporating feedback
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of game development tools such as Unity (uGUI) and Spine
  • Experience in leading or planning combined assets (characters, backgrounds, UI)
  • Preference for or experience with creating casual-style graphics over realistic visuals
  • Art or design-related academic background
  • Proficiency in English or Korean
  • Create 2D animations for characters, objects, and UI using Spine
  • Extract and rig 2D assets from Photoshop for animation
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to implement animations that match the game’s style
  • Import and apply Spine animations in Unity
  • Improve animation quality and optimize performance based on feedback
  • Proficient in Spine 2D animation tool
  • Skilled in Photoshop for organizing layers, asset separation, and retouching
  • Capable of maintaining visual consistency with the overall art direction
  • Effective communicator in remote team environments
Additional Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to adjust Spine assets based on game genre or art style
  • Understanding of Unity game development environment
  • Experience using AI image generation tools
  • Art or design-related academic background
  • Proficiency in English or Korean
Additional Details

Working Hours: Monday–Friday / 08:00 – 17:00 (Remote work available)

Monthly Salary: IDR 13M – 15M (Negotiable based on experience and skills)

Paid annual leave, THR, additional allowances, and performance incentives included.
