• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Casting-Koordinator in der Produktionsbranche.
• Erfahrung in der Koordination und Verhandlung mit Schauspielern.

Responsibilities

• Erstellen eines Spielerdecks basierend auf den Charakteranforderungen.
• Auswahl des richtigen Kandidaten für die Rolle basierend auf Audition-Videos.

Job description

Read and understand thoroughly the script requirements that must be cast.

Create a player deck based on the character requirements of the film/miniseries project.

Collect and compile audition videos that are screen tested or sent by actors through their agents and managers.

Select the right candidate for the role based on this audition.

Send a list of actors for approval to the production team.

Negotiate budget and talent schedule with the agent or manager, if the talent is under management.

Submit a request for the process of making a work agreement between the production house and the talent.

Create SOP for actors until payment.

Always communicate actively with the production team and coordinate the cast schedule when needed for promotional activities, dubbing, launching, and gala premiere.

Ensure all final report results after the shooting process runs until completion.

Requirement:

Diploma / Bachelor in communication.

Minimum 5 years as Casting Coordinator experience in Production House or Entertainment Industry.

Having experience to coordinate and negotiate with actors in the Entertainment Industry.

Carry out tasks in accordance with the SOP’s set by the Company.

Have a good interpersonal relationship.
