Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Receive payment by cash, credit cards, vouchers, or other approved payment methods
• Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and reconcile discrepancies
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns or issues that may arise
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations to meet guest satisfaction
• Resolve customer complaints regarding payment issues
• Assist with inventory management and restocking

Requirements

• Proven experience with minimum of 2-3 years in the same field
• Prior background from Restaurant/Club/Night Club is an advantage
• Hospitality appearance, honest, initiative, creative and open minded
• Attentive to detail and accuracy
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work outdoors under direct sunlight; in all weather conditions
• Diploma in Accounting, F&B Division, Hospitality, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
