Job description

Handle daily sales inquiries from agents promptly.

Provide ad hoc rate quotes to agents accurately.

Liaise with operations staff to manage shipments requiring special attention.

Identify new business opportunities and present recommendations to Cargo Manager Indonesia.

Assist with office administration to ensure accurate coding of shipment ratings before submission to Accounts.

Support reservation activities, delivering the highest level of service to agents.

Liaise with Customer Services and Accounts to handle billing matters in a timely and professional manner.

Prepare materials required and minutes for weekly sales meeting chaired by Cargo Manager Indonesia.

Undertake Ad-hoc projects as assigned by Cargo Manager Indonesia.

Requirements:

Minimum bachelor’s degree from reputable university.

Experienced in sales, customer-service and general aviation knowledge is preferred.

Must be independent, highly self-driven, aggressive, disciplined, dynamic and result oriented, diligent, resilient, high integrity.

Must have interest in dealing with people and ability to deal with people of all levels.

Must be proactive and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Must be a team player and willing to go the extra mile to ensure team dynamics and operational excellence.

Meticulous, organized and possesses keen problem-solving skills.

IT literacy.

Willing to be placed in Wisma Soewarna, Tangerang.
