A leading GSA company in Indonesia is seeking a Sales Executive to explore new business opportunities in the aviation sector. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and at least 3 years of sales experience in a GSA or Airline company. Proficiency in English and strong communication skills are essential, with Mandarin as a plus. The role involves developing sales strategies and maintaining client relationships, with opportunities to lead a sales team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in GSA/Airline company or related industry.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Experience handling Chinese cargo airlines at CGK or SUB preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Explore and secure new business opportunities for cargo and passenger services.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to exceed sales targets.
  • Lead and support the sales team, monitor performance, and report to directors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, promptly handle customer inquiries.

Job description

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Air Transportation Management, or a related business field
• Min. 3 years sales experience in GSA/Airline company or related industry
• Willing to Work From Office in PIK area (Jakarta) or Surabaya
• Strong knowledge of global aviation or GSA industry
• Proficient in English (fluency in Mandarin is a plus)
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Previous experience handling Chinese cargo airlines at CGK or SUB is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:
• Explore and secure new business opportunities for cargo and passenger services
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to exceed sales targets
• Lead and support the sales team, monitor performance, and report to directors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients/partners.
• Will handle cargo services for Hainan Airlines
• Deliver excellent customer service, handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
