A leading airline is seeking a candidate to manage export shipment inquiries and assist with various operational tasks in Tangerang. The ideal applicant should have a bachelor's degree and experience in customer service. Good communication skills, IT literacy, and the ability to work independently are essential. This role requires a proactive team player willing to work irregular hours.
Handle daily export shipment inquiries from customers promptly.
Manage export-related cost claim adjustments.
Monitor export irregularities for SQ and TR at checkpoints.
Assist with booking reservations for various shipment rate classes.
Handle shipment tracking submissions, order management, stock control, and daily operational duties as needed.
Support the implementation of e-AWB initiatives.
Verify and process invoices accurately.
Assist with office administration and operations tasks.
Coordinate IT and licensing requests for staff and non-staff members.
Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned by Cargo Manager Indonesia.
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor's degree from reputable university.
Experience in customer service and general aviation knowledge preferred.
Pleasant, outgoing personality with good communication skills.
Well-versed in customer handling techniques, traffic and cargo operations, procedures, with a safety/security mindset.
Proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Team player willing to go the extra mile for team and operational excellence.
Ability to write reports and handle routine correspondence with service partners, airport authorities, and customers.
Willing to work irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays.
IT literacy required.
Willing to be placed in Wisma Soewarna, Tangerang.
