ONE derland Enterprise in Surabaya is seeking an education counselor to provide expert guidance and personalized educational plans for students and parents, including visa assistance. The role involves admissions support, scholarships, and career counseling with visa coordination.

The ideal candidate will stay current with education trends, collaborate with educators to implement innovative programs, and engage with partners for Australia study visa processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• English required with IELTS 6.0; Bahasa Indonesia 70:30 distribution; Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional service and building positive customer relationships.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, tactics, digital channels, and digital advertising.
• Experience in international marketing or diverse teams is a plus.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree, with min. 1 year of experience in the related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Required language(s): English (with a minimum IELTS score of 6.0), Bahasa Indonesia (70 : 30). Mandarin is a plus point for the candidate and can be prioritized
