Capital & Risk Management Lead Overview

We’re hiring a Capital & Risk Management Lead to oversee capital planning, financial risk management, investor relations, and banking strategy. This leadership role supports the CRM Head in optimizing the company’s capital structure, managing insurance strategy, and strengthening relationships with banks, financial institutions, and rating agencies. The position ensures strong compliance, accurate financial analysis, and effective stakeholder communication to drive sustainable financial performance.

This position reports directly to the Capital & Risk Management Head

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Capital & Risk Management or related financial leadership roles.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of capital planning, financial risk management, and treasury operations.
  • Insurance and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Investor relations and capital market dynamics.
  • Financial modeling, compliance, and banking regulations.
  • Excellent skills in strategic planning and scenario analysis.
  • Excellent skills in negotiation and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent skills in communication and financial reporting.
  • Excellent skills in leadership and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
Job Responsibilities
  • Insurance & Risk Management: Support the development and execution of group‑wide insurance strategies, including renewal negotiations, risk assessment, claims handling, and broker coordination.
  • Capital Planning & Optimization: Assist in formulating long‑term capital strategies, performing stress testing and scenario modeling, and optimizing the debt‑equity structure.
  • Investor Relations: Develop and deliver strategic messaging for investors and rating agencies, prepare investor materials, and support capital market activities.
  • Banking Relationships & Compliance: Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions, ensure covenant compliance, and support the CRM Head in securing favorable financing terms.
  • Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead a team of Analysts, foster collaboration across departments, and represent the CRM function in executive and board‑level discussions.
  • Implement and uphold the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) and Environmental Management System (SML) to ensure a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace.
  • Promote adherence to OHS and environmental standards among employees and contractors, and initiate corrective actions for any non‑compliance.
