Pest Doctor AI is Indonesia’s pioneering AI-powered consultation and solution app for pest problems—fast, practical, and reliable. We’re looking for a Capital Raising & Investor Relations Lead to join our core team and secure the funding that will take us global.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and execute our pre-seed / seed fundraising strategy
  • Build and manage relationships with VCs, angels, CVCs, grants, and accelerators
  • Own all investor materials: pitch deck, financial model, data room, cap table
  • Lead investor meetings, due-diligence, and term-sheet negotiations
  • Create regular investor updates and manage ongoing investor relations
  • Support strategic finance decisions together with fellow founders
  • Represent Pest Doctor AI at demo days, conferences, and startup events

Requirements

  • Proven experience in venture capital, investment banking, corporate finance, or startup fundraising
  • Track record of closing early-stage deals (please share examples)
  • Strong financial-modeling, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Broad network in the Southeast Asian or global VC ecosystem is a plus
  • Excellent written & spoken English; other languages welcome
  • Growth mindset, high integrity, and comfortable with an equity-first package
