Responsibilities

Project Manager

• Project Owner of up to 2 projects in parallel, with min 4 projects per year
• Ensure they master the tasks of project management: on- and offboarding of the project, creating a Gantt Chart and ensuring that the project stays within the timeline; preparing and holding presentations, leading communication with clients and project’s stakeholders; coordinating with colleagues and ensuring deliverables are developed; ensuring we stay on budget, etc.
• Prepare minutes of meetings of important discussions

Content & Knowledge Creator

• Develop and facilitate capacity building projects (the detailed responsibilities are subject to the contract with clients):
• Develop needs assessment/background research prior to the training
• Prepare interactive sessions for capacity building projects (including impact evaluation strategy)
• Facilitate capacity building events
• Produce workshop reports (including impact analysis, recommendations)
• Support in research related to facilitation methods, games, training needs assessment, impact analysis, and other related topics to improve the impact of Tri Hita’s capacity building.

Business Development

• Provide input & research to develop capacity guidelines.
• Support developing the network of potential clients and important stakeholders within ASEAN
• Support adjusting and keeping the website up to date about the capacity building/facilitation portfolio of Tri Hita Consulting.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Education or Psychology with focus on learning for adults. Related certification is a plus point.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken
• Minimum 3 years experience in training/facilitation, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL)
• Minimum 3 years experience in project management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire training participants
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• A passion for education and a commitment to promoting environmental & sustainability behavior change

Terms & Conditions

This is a consultant position with a 6-months contract, longer contracts will be given after a successful 6-month contract. Full-time position with 40 hours of work per week (5 days a week)

Location

Based in Bali, with hybrid working arrangement in Tri Hita’s Office in Denpasar

Remuneration

Remuneration will be between IDR 10 – 15 million, depending on your qualifications and work experience.
