Job description

Assess the capability levels of sales team personnel across regions.

Design and implement development programs to enhance team performance.

Conduct regular on-the-field training and coaching sessions to ensure consistent capability growth.

Plan and implement Go-to-Market strategies tailored to the specific needs of each area.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to Area Sales Teams in capability development and GTM execution.

Collaborate with National Sales Managers to drive alignment between capability-building programs and sales performance objectives.

Monitor and report on capability development progress through periodic reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Sales Management, or Communication.

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Proven track record in managing and developing sales teams across multiple regions.

Strong understanding of capability frameworks for sales functions.

Deep knowledge of the FMCG industry, including market trends, distribution dynamics, and local consumer behavior.

Strong leadership, coaching, and training skills with experience in designing capability-building programs.

Experience in territory planning and implementing Go-to-Market strategies to meet regional targets.
