Job Description
  1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute end-to-end campaign strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Create detailed campaign plans with defined KPIs, target audiences, and budget management for measurable impact.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize future strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Increase business growth by addressing strategic opportunities or challenges at the country market level.
  • Omni-Channel Customer Experience
    • Design and enhance a seamless omni-channel experience that integrates campaign messaging with in-app sales conversion.
    • Collaborate with product, UX, and tech teams to align campaigns with in-app features, functionality, and promotions.
    • Utilize customer insights and feedback to refine campaign approaches for improved relevance and engagement.
  • Stakeholder Communication and Reporting
    • Communicate campaign goals, progress, and results effectively using data-driven storytelling to highlight impact and opportunities.
    • Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance, offering actionable insights for future improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Partner Engagement
    • Collaborate with teams to engage and secure sponsorships from partners that align with campaign objectives and brand visibility.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering open communication for successful campaign execution.
    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Proven experience in digital marketing roles, preferably in performance marketing, paid search, social media advertising, affiliates, influencer partnerships, content marketing, email marketing, and other digital initiatives.
    • Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas and influence others.
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret large data sets quickly and accurately.
    • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
    • Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative strategies.
    • Self-driven with the ability to prioritize and perform under pressure in ambiguous business situations.
