Job Overview:
The Campaign & Community Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns and community engagement strategies across various platforms, including the company website, WhatsApp, and relevant social media channels. The primary objective is to increase member activity, build a vibrant community, and drive overall engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Development & Execution
Develop and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns to drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success of campaigns.
2. Community Management
Develop and execute strategies to foster a vibrant, active online community.
Manage and moderate community platforms, including WhatsApp groups, forums, and social media channels.
Respond to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Identify and nurture community advocates and influencers.
Organize and facilitate both online and offline community events and activities.
Monitor community sentiment and identify potential issues or crises proactively.
3. Content Creation & Curation
Create and curate engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics.
Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent and relevant content delivery.
Optimize content for search engines and social media platforms.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to campaign and community performance.
Generate regular reports on campaign results, community growth, and engagement metrics.
Leverage data insights to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and community management.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Experience managing and moderating online communities.
Prior experience with WhatsApp community management is highly desirable.
Skills:
