About Our Client

We are currently representing one of our client within the Energy & Natural Resources industry who is looking to expand their team

Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day operations, maintenance, and repair of site facilities, utilities, and infrastructure (e.g., buildings, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, power supply, water treatment, waste management)
  • Manage daily operational activities across facilities services areas such as camp, canteen, laundry, aport & recreation area to ensure functionality, cleanliness, and service readiness
  • Manage site security, housekeeping, transportation, and other support services to maintain a safe and productive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and regulatory requirements for all facilities-related activities
  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life cycles
  • Oversee contractors, service providers, and vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of facility-related services
  • Prepare and manage facilities budget, monitor expenditures, and optimize operational costs
  • Lead emergency preparedness and response plans related to facilities and infrastructure
  • Provide regular reports on facilities performance, maintenance activities, and compliance status to management


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or site services, preferably in Oil & Gas / Mining / Petrochemcial / Construction site environment
  • Strong knowledge of Facilities Management, with practical experience in maintenance planning and execution.
  • Familiarity with HSE standards, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Willing to be placed on site with roster basis.
