CAD Engineer

Diploma degree (D-3) in Mechanical Engineering (Minimum).

Fresh Graduate or experience.

Understand Engineering Technical Drawing Standards.

Understand Mechanical Engineering Design.

Understand machining processes.

Good communication and cooperation skills.

Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Able to use measurement tools properly.

Able to use computer technology.

Proficient in MS Office & PDF Tools.

Proficient in CAD Software (Prefer AutoCAD Mechanical & Autodesk Inventor).

Proficient in Reverse Engineering Software such as Geomagic Design, Polyworks & Siemens NX is a plus.

Willing to work in Purwakarta.

Job Description:

Assist CAD Supervisor & Workshop Engineer in providing data related to Reverse Engineering and repair processes.

Perform visual, material & dimensional inspection at the workshop or on-site for turbomachinery parts as per instruction if needed.

Provide visual, material & dimensional inspection reports if needed.

Perform 3D scanning process using portable scanners such as Handyscan or CMM portable.

Coordinate with other production departments related to Reverse Engineering Process and repair processes.

Review inspection reports related to Reverse Engineering process & repair processes.

Provide 3D models & manufacturing drawings prior to approval.

Maintain measuring tools & CMM portable to ensure they remain fit for use.

Contribute to the company's LEAN & safety program.
