Buyer Officer - Topline & Marketing

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in public relation, business, marketing/advertising, management, or related field.
2. Experience in sourcing vendors, particularly in marketing or creative industry (Agency).
3. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint.
4. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
5. Strong organizational skills, especially in event planning and project management.
6. Familiarity with SAP system is preferred.
7. Technologically inclined, with a good understanding of AI tools and digital processes.

Job Description:

1. Source and manage vendors, particularly in marketing, General Affairs, IT, etc.
2. Handle bidding and tender processes, analyze quotations, and develop strategic sourcing plans.
3. Propose and implement cost-saving and SOP improvement initiatives.
4. Lead negotiations, maintain strong supplier relationships, and ensure service and order accuracy.
5. Manage project timelines, execution, and goal achievement.
6. Prepare and present reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
