Job summary

Valeo is a global tech company in the automotive sector, seeking a Productivity Buyer for our Site Purchasing team in Bekasi. The role focuses on defining and implementing productivity actions across technical, sourcing, logistics, and VPS materials in line with budget targets.

You will drive supplier integration, monitor relationships, and ensure coverage with the site budget, collaborating closely with Segment Leaders and the purchasing manager to deliver value for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement technical, sourcing, logistics, VPS materials productivity actions in site, in line with budget Requirements.
• Drive in front of MSC material productivity actions and bring suppliers in, in line with budget timing.
• Monitor supplier relationships at the assigned site and act as Key Account Purchasing (KAP) for a supplier when not covered by Group Commodity.
• Build up site budget together with the site Purchasing manager and liaise with Segment Leaders.

Defines and implements technical/re-sourcing/logistics/VPS materials productivities and reservoir in line with budget requirements, in collaboration with the segment organization Supports the commodity organization (Segment Leaders) to reach the site negotiation objectives Drives in front of the MSC material productivity actions and brings suppliers in, in line with budget timing Monitors Supplier Relationship wherever assigned the Role of Key Account Purchasing (KAP) for a given supplier, when not covered by Group Commodity organisation Implements PG/PL Worldwide materials standards in the site (s) Build up the site (s) budget together with the site Purchasing manager and in liaison with the Segment Leaders Implement mitigation action plan at site level Ensure coverage of logistics protocols for all bought out parts Strictly apply the V5000 Supplier Integration axis Standards (internal referential, certifications, procedures, purchasing tools, information systems)

• Specific Purchasing Index for commodity under his scope for technical/re-sourcing/logistics/VPS levers in his site (s) Supplier rationalization indicator Productivity Reservoir Quality incidents
