As Butler Manager, you will be responsible for your team to create distinctive experiences for our discerning guests and maximise guest satisfaction, working closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage and other operational departments.

Qualifications

This position is only for Indonesian.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in managerial role within butler or guest services at luxury resort.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong operational knowledge across Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B, with a focus on delivering distinctive guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing schedules, budgets, and guest preference records.
