You will

  • Benefit from quality professional equipment and innovations to ensure working comfort and greater autonomy.
  • Prior to the arrival of G.Ms, check that the entire Villa or Chalet apartment is ready (interior and exterior cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment in accordance with known customer standards and preferences).
  • Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of the Villa or Chalet throughout the stay (daily maintenance, blanket service, resetting between 2 families).
Personalize The Customer Experience

  • Be sensitive to guests' wishes, preferences and habits, and take them into account systematically and discreetly throughout their stay.
  • Pay special attention to children, giving them special consideration, adapted to their ages and nationalities.
  • Receive customer feedback with tact and elegance and pass it on to his or her manager, proposing solutions.
Provide F&B Services

  • Check the set-up and preparation of F&B services (breakfast & snacks, à la carte dinners, room service, etc.) and those not included (lunch, barbecues, cocktails, etc.), respecting service protocols, HACCP standards, service standards and G.M preferences.
  • Provide "Majordome" F&B services (included or à la carte), including preparation, cooking, dressing, service and clearing.
