Key Responsibilities:

The Business Systems Analyst analyzes, designs, and implements business systems and processes to improve efficiency and meet organizational goals. This role combines the functions of a Business Analyst and a System Analyst, involving assessing business needs, gathering and documenting requirements, defining the system's architecture and components, designing technical solutions, assisting in project planning and scope definition, and coordinating system implementations. The Business Systems Analyst liaises between business units and IT, ensuring that technology solutions align with business objectives. The analyst is also responsible for tracking project status and communicating technical requirements.

Strategy Development & Planning

• Create functional and technical specifications, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and propose solutions to optimize business processes and enhance system functionality.
• Create process models and diagrams to illustrate current and future state processes.
• Design and document system solutions that meet business requirements and align with IT standards.
• Develop system architecture and design documentation, including data models and workflow diagrams.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and technical manuals.
• Work with leadership to develop budgets for IT projects and ensure resource allocation efficiency.

Resource Acquisition & Management

• Provide input to project plans related to requested applications.

Accountability & Quality Assurance

• Oversee implementation of new systems or enhancements.
• Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Assist in planning and managing IT projects, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and update stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues.
• Ensure system security compliance and implement security measures.
• Develop and deliver training materials and manuals.
• Review and refine systems based on feedback and changing needs.

Capacity Building

• Provide client support, consultation, and subject matter expertise.

Networking & Coordination

• Gather and document business and system requirements with stakeholders.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Coordinate system integration and deployment with IT teams and vendors.
• Resolve technical problems to ensure system reliability.

Management & Leadership

• Promote teamwork across units.
• Implement activities aligned with Child Protection Policy, including training and incident response.
• Submit monthly reports timely.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Industrial Engineering, MIS, Data Science).
• 3-5 years of experience in Business/System Analyst roles.
• Certifications such as Project Management tools, CSM, ITIL Foundation.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of programming languages, system analysis tools, data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI), and BPMN is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work with GIT and SCRUM methodology.
